THE FAITH BEHIND THE PURPOSE
There is a part of my story that cannot be captured by a résumé.
It cannot be measured by qualifications, years of experience, professional titles, projects or achievements.
That part is my faith.
I believe NurseMaryJaneSpeaks exists because God gave me the experiences, opportunities, abilities and desire to serve that continue to shape this journey.
My faith influences the way I see people, the way I approach nursing, the way I teach, the way I lead and the way I pursue purpose.
It has taught me that impact is not always loud.
Sometimes it is a quiet conversation.
A life encouraged.
A skill taught.
A child protected.
A nurse empowered.
A person reminded that their life matters.
I don’t claim to have every answer, and I don’t pretend every season has been easy.
But I have learned to trust the One who sees the entire picture when I can only see the next step.
That is why my professional journey and my faith cannot be completely separated.
Before NurseMaryJaneSpeaks became a platform, it was simply a woman learning to listen, serve, grow and trust God.
And I am still becoming.
Purpose is not measured by applause; it is measured by faithfulness.
